Delivery Information

Sleeping Bag Shop use express despatch and delivery on all orders. We currently ship to the UK, including Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands.

Here at Sleeping Bag Shop we believe that your order should arrive as quickly as possible which is why we aim to despatch all orders on the same day (Order before 4pm and we guarantee that if the item is in stock then we will despatch your order). We always use Royal Mail 1st class recorded post so that your goods will usually arrive the next day (and if not they should arrive the day after) or you can select next day delivery in the checkout if you want to guarantee next day delivery (Make sure you order before 4:30pm - Guaranteed next day delivery is only offered on orders mon-thurs on orders under 2KG).

The maximum postage cost is £4.99 for 1st Class items but this price only apply to very heavy items. We offer free 1st class postage for all orders over the value of £50.

We use recorded delivery so you can track where your order is by visiting the royal mail website and entering the tracking number supplied to you.

Currently we do not ship abroad from the UK.
