The ethically sourced 93% Hungarian goose down with a minimum fill of 750 cubic inches is complemented perfectly by the Xero 550’s box wall construction for secure containment of the down whilst remaining lightweight. With light weight at the forefront of the bag’s design, the Xero 550 benefits from Helium He30.rs fabric, exclusive to Mountain Equipment and painstakingly developed with the world’s leading fabric houses to create the lightest weight yet highest breathability fabrics possible.

Amongst many innovative design features which make the Xero 550 so exceptional, are the 3 – Dimensional neck collar and anatomical hood for minimisation of cold spots and maximum heat retention, the EXL top lining for superior loft and comfort and the sharks toe foot which allows the feet to remain in a natural resting position whilst reducing compression of loft and increasing heat retention.
