The Softie Chrysalis Micro sleeping bag is an innovative new sleeping bag from the Snugpak Softie range. The Chrysallis Micro is extremely small and lightweight which makes it perfect for hiking and treks.
This sleeping bag features state of the art Softie fibre technology, which means the sleeping bag is extremely versatile – being able to transform from a warm heat-retaining sleeping bag to a cool and spacious sleeping bag depending on the climate. The Softie technology in the Softie Chrysallis Micro also means that the sleeping bag retains a lot of its thermal properties even when wet.
The key to the Softie Chrysalis is the double zip feature, which allows the bag dual climate functionality – it is a great sleeping bag for colder temperatures as the dual zip function allows the bag to be zipped up to a more compact size, thus retaining maximum heat, but equally if you leave the compact zip section open, you instantly have a looser fitting, cooler sleeping bag perfect for milder nights.
The Softie Chrysalis Micro is, as the name suggests, compact in size, making transportation simple, and the Paratex Light nylon lining is soft and breathable. The Softie Chrysalis Micro combines comfort with practical performance making it the ideal choice for trekking and travelling as it takes up very little space and adds minimal weight to your load.
